Value Natural & Whole Health
All meals prepared and served through Sustainable Wellness are prepared from scratch using fresh, seasonal ingredients. Healthful choices, such as whole grains, deep color local vegetables and fresh fruits, are mainstream offerings. We also offer a wide variety of tasty seafood, vegetarian, and vegan options every meal to promote sustainable wellness.
Every special dietary need is honored. A professional health-food coach, who cooks from scratch every day, easily adapts menus, whether for food intolerance, allergy or particular health conditions. Clients who have other nutrition and health questions can directly explore what kind of a menu is best suited from them by partnering with a health coach at Sustainable Wellness.
Value Sustainability
The food from Sustainable Wellness has been purchased in a socially responsible manner. At least 80% of the food clients enjoy is from local farmers and artisans within 150 miles of our town. All of the seafood served is sustainably raised or caught. We proudly use Certified Humane, cage-free shell eggs. Sustainable Wellness advocates for reducing the use of antibiotics and rBGH in animal husbandry. Simply by learning with Sustainable Wellness, clients can make sustainable food choices that will positively impact the environment and community.

Baking bread together creates a sense of community. Our workshops are held at central gathering places where clients can both enjoy a healthful meal, as well as build friendships, share ideas, information, and educate each other.

At Sustainable Wellness, educating clients is one of our main priorities. We make sure to create learning opportunities beyond the four walls of the kitchen, and our hands-on coaching program truly reflects this commitment. In addition to monthly messages about how to eat well, clients will learn about various wellness topics and events occurring each month.
