Sonali Sadequee CHHC, a vegetarian/vegan personal chef, makes eating healthy easy and delicious in Atlanta. With today’s busy lifestyle it can be challenging to eat hearty home cooked meals on a consistent basis, especially with specific dietary restrictions and health goals. As a former raw food chef at Sprout Cafe, and as a passionate vegan, super-food, and gluten-free cook, Sonali has the experience and know-how to provide you with the food your body deserves as well as the flavors you crave. Experience the joy of healthy eating without the hassle of shopping, cooking, or cleaning and watch your health improve!

Vegetarian/Vegan/Raw-foods Meal Service:

Sonali comes to your home and generally cooks five complete meals, including sides and/or desserts. Some meals are refrigerated and some are frozen based on your schedule. This usually takes five hours, but depending on the number of servings and the complexity of the dishes the time will very.
